    Unique Abilities:
    Raw Talent: Some people are just born better than others. While many aspects of Rini are stunted, those that she excelled at were unnatural. Start out at 370 exp (Sachiko's retirement)
    Gifted: Rini's Raw Talent was never really pushed, but that means she has a barrier to work through. She starts out at 750 exp, but owes a debt before she can gain any additional exp. Due to Raw Talent, her debt is only 380 exp instead of 750.

    Living Expenses: Living in Kumogakure gives Rini a lot of time and opportunity to think. The passive + for Comfortable living expense is given to her Intel at start.

    Untapped Reserves: Rini has a hidden reserve of chakra within her that she doesn't honestly utilize. Most people passively use their chakra to enhance their physical skills like speed, strength, or durability, allowing them to do things that are considered super human at a base level, but Rini doesn't. Instead, she keeps that chakra stored away, to be used for other things that suit her a little bit more. When she needs to, she can access it and boost her stamina by 1 tier. Freebie UA

    Fast Tinkering: Rini's spent most of her life making, modifying, and messing with building things and plans. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can then be defeated. This technique allows for the creation of 10 clones total in a single casting.     As a source of illuimantion it's commonly used to indicate obstacles or advise caution on roadways at night as well as to perform hand signals.

Extemely conspicuous this flare can been spotted up to 25 miles or so in good visibility.

    It's also not intented for offensive use making it extemely limited in that regard to the point that even taking one directly to the face will do little more then cause tempoary blindness in a similar manner to a flash bang grenade.

    Weaknesses: Did I mention they are conspicuous? Using this jutsu will absolutely give the users position away.

No matter how much one resists the hypnotic spell, the desire to sleep is instinctive, and there's no fighting it. However, an experienced shinobi will be able to dispel the Genjutsu before it takes effect.

Once triggered, the opponent will be assailed by the vivid sensation that their limbs have been fastened with sturdy ropes, thus becoming unable to move about freely. Even with physical intervention from an outside force, the body is robbed of all mobility, and consciousness itself progressively fades away. At the same time, they are fed morbid hallucinations, which makes it also possible to run them down mentally. Given that the means of transmission is sound-based, it has a large range of effectiveness, on top of which it can be applied even without knowledge of the enemy's position, which makes for an exceedingly convenient technique. The Genjutsu is ineffective if the opponent can't hear the technique.

    This technique robs the target(s) of their mobility on the first post of hearing the flute. The illusion goes in full effect on the second post, causing B-rank psychological damage. Every post after the second deals C-rank psychological damage to the victim(s) for as long as the technique is sustained.

This technique works by traveling along the chakra path created from the enemy to the user. However, this may only work on technique equal or lower. Greater power Genjutsu overwhelm this technique making it useless.

    This technique takes one post to go in effect and will deal C-rank psychological damage every post after.

    Weaknesses: The user must utilize this technique while still caught in Genjutsu in order to trigger it. The target can break the Genjutsu by deactivating the Genjutsu they placed the user under.     Description:  The user takes a Fusee orb and infuses it with even more chakra inducing an overload that will cause it to launch off like a rocket.   Shooting rapidly up to a height of about 150m  they explode with a loud bang and release a brightly burning flare that drifts very slowly downward, maximizing the amount of time for which it can be seen.  Extemely conspicuous this flare can been spotted up to 25 miles or so in good visibility.

    It's also not intented for offensive use making it extemely limited in that regard to the point that even taking one directly to the face will do little more then cause tempoary blindness in a similar manner to a flash bang grenade.  

    Weaknesses: Did I mention they are conspicuous?  Using this jutsu will absolutely give the users position away.

    Description: This Genjutsu is triggered by the opponent hearing the sound of the flute. Once triggered, the opponent will be assailed by the vivid sensation that their limbs have been fastened with sturdy ropes, thus becoming unable to move about freely. Even with physical intervention from an outside force, the body is robbed of all mobility, and consciousness itself progressively fades away. At the same time, they are fed morbid hallucinations, which makes it also possible to run them down mentally. Given that the means of transmission is sound-based, it has a large range of effectiveness, on top of which it can be applied even without knowledge of the enemy's position, which makes for an exceedingly convenient technique. The Genjutsu is ineffective if the opponent can't hear the technique.

    This technique robs the target(s) of their mobility on the first post of hearing the flute. The illusion goes in full effect on the second post, causing B-rank psychological damage. Every post after the second deals C-rank psychological damage to the victim(s) for as long as the technique is sustained.

    Weaknesses: Aside from the traditional means of release, the user will be automatically released from the Genjutsu once the user ceases playing the flute. Due to the intense concentration involved in this illusion the user cannot move from their location when playing their instrument

This technique works by traveling along the chakra path created from the enemy to the user. However, this may only work on technique equal or lower. Greater power Genjutsu overwhelm this technique making it useless.

    This technique takes one post to go in effect and will deal C-rank psychological damage every post after.

    Weaknesses: The user must utilize this technique while still caught in Genjutsu in order to trigger it. The target can break the Genjutsu by deactivating the Genjutsu they placed the user under. It also cannot be used in response to the opponent using the same technique. Meaning the user cannot use Genjutsu: Flower Petal Escape if they are caught within Genjutsu: Flower Petal Escape
