Hibi sat with his legs crossed as he gazed at the sky with snake slit eyes, his mind was focused as he concentrated on the wind. It was more than simple waving hands and making things happen. One had to understand their element and the jutsu they wished to invoke. In this case he saw the wind getting stronger, the wond spinning around him and growing in speed and velocity. He could feel it, sense it. He breathed in as he focused the jutsu inside his mind and rose from where he sat. He took a deep breath, his hands taking the signs needed for the jutsu and the air roared as it wrapped around him than exploded outwards Hiba opened his eyes and gazed upon the ground and all the training posts that had been pushed away by the jutsu. he smirked as he realized he had just learned a awesome jutsu.

Hibi smiled as he bounced on his feet, excitement coursing through him as he gazed down on the scroll he had gotten from the library. It had several different wind technique jutsu's and how to perform them. With the first one done he took his gaze down to the second level and he read it out loud. "Wind Release: Slash." He moved down and realized he basically created a slashing blade of wind. Nodding, he took a few steps away from where he made the gale and his hand made the slashing movement, feeling his chakra pour into the wind and it happened, the wind gathered and formed several blades that fused into one big one and shot off, slicing the posts in half.

He laughed as he realized he would have to make a variation of this later on down the road but for now he had gotten it. He smirked as he looked at the scroll. Onto the next one.

Hebi laughed as he realized what he had done and was still doing. He was only a Genin but he was actually using C rank Jutsu skills. He nodded as he moved onto the next step. Now he would learn the second wind style Jutsu. This one being "Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet." From what the scroll said he should just take a deep breath. The more his lungs could hold the bigger the bullet. He smirked, his stamina had always been epic.

Heh I couldn't believe he didn't need hand signs for such a technique as this but that was what the scroll said so, Taking a deep breath and filling his lungs to the max he fired it. A massive C stamina air bullet fired down the field at B plus speed and smashed into the archer circle and obliterated it. Hebi gazed down with wide eyes. Oh yeah, that would be useful.

Hebi was on cloud nine as he realized he had a real talent for Jutsu, his list of abilities he could use were growing and getting stronger every day. Now as he gazed upon the scroll he was Ready to learn his next Jutsu. His gaze moved over the writing as he read the name out loud. "Wind Release: Divine Wind" he read the effects and his eyes widened. He was making tornados!

The young ninja laughed as he moved away from the scroll. His snake like eyes glittering as his hands made the sign of the ram. "Wind Release: Divine Wind Jutsu!" The effect was immediate as a gust of wind formed four small spinning tornados and shot forward. He was a little disappointed that he didn't make massive tornadoes but it was okay. He watched as his Tornados smashed into the lodged training posts and ripped them up, the wind slicing gashes into them as it did. Hebi released the Jutsu and laughed. Man this was awesome!

Hebi sat down for a minute to catch his breath. He had always had a lot of stamina but he was using Jutsu back to back like crazy and he just needed a breather. He leaned against a tree as he picked up the scroll and read over the next Jutsu. "Wind Release: Gale Palm" apparently this Jutsu could either send out a shockwave to knock someone down, be used to make weapons fly faster or, greatly increase ones speed.

Now Hebi never thought of himself as slow before, he was good a runner as any other Genin and his stamina was better than most in his group. But being able to move even faster would be invaluable. Hebi set the scroll down and took his position, his hands moved making the signs but instead of compressing the air into a shockwave he let it move throughout his body.

Suddenly he felt it, he was as light as air. He pushed off with his back foot and he flew down the line at breakneck speed. Laughing as he came to a halt. Hebi chuckled but looked dissapointed when the wind left and he was back to his normal speed. But for now he had a way to really boost himself.

Hebi picked up the scroll, he was full on obsessed now. Henhad found something he was really good at besides just being smart. He was great at learning Jutsu and even as a simple Genin he could use Jutsu meant for Chunnin. He chuckled as he slid a hand through his hair. He really was a genius and not just by intellect no, he was a Genius of Jutsu too.

Now he locked his eyes on the next Jutsu and read it. "Wind Release: Great Breakthrough" From what he read this was a seriously powerful Jutsu. If abused it could cause some real bad damage, especially if used on a person up close. But for now he was simply trying to learn the Jutsu to better himself.

Hebi breathed in and took his stance, his hands moving as he made the signs he would need for the Jutsu. "Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!" To say the destruction was bad would be an understatement. The entire ground in front of him looked like a cannon had fired along it, the posts were splinters as was the archer circles all the way down the field and it was a hundred meters. Hebi sat down as he stared at the damage his mouth hanging open. And yet inside he felt a desire stir, a hunger to learn even more Jutsu regardless how dangerous.

Hebi walked over and rolled up the first scroll, taking the second one he had, the young Genin rolled it open. It seemed the librarian didn't mind him reading the scrolls since he was sure the young shinobi would be able to utilize them at all. Little did they know or understand the true intelligence and natural gifts Hebi had at his command. He whipped the scroll open as he gazed at the first Jutsu at the top of the list. He gazed down at the Jutsu and read it out loud. "Wind Release: Spiraling Wind Ball. The user breathes into his palm and focuses his chakra than fires it at the target." He nodded as he placed the scroll down and turned to face what was left of the archery range.

He took a deep breath and breathed into his palm, adding his chakra to it. He sighed as he gazed down at an empty palm. Shaking his head he took a deep breath and added more chakra as he breathed into his palm. His eyes lit up as he realized it had worked. He now stood with a spinning ball of wind resting in his palm. His gaze flicked down to the archery target at the hundred meter mark and he raised his hand. His snake like eyes focusing on his target and he fired it. The sound like a sonic boom exploded from around his body as the Wind Ball shot off at mind boggling speeds, a blur and almost instantly it smashed into the target, blasting it to shreds. He chuckled and looked over at the scroll, a sadistic smile forming. What's next?

Hebi walked over to the scroll and leaned down, he was on cloud nine right now and eager to learn more. He had no idea how his body seemed to know how these jutsu worked and how he could perform them with such ease but he was not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. He had the talent to do it and he wasn't going to argue it. He gazed down at the scroll as he went over it. Right now the wind one to weapons wasn't a big one since he didn't like using weapons much. So he moved onto the one after. "Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere. Spreads out several air blades in a wide range that is hard to avoid. Huh, that can be very useful."

He stood up and walked over to his training spot, he gazed back at the hand seals to make sure he was doing them right. His hands moved quickly forming the hand seals. Rat → Rabbit → Dog. He breathed in and released several torrents of air, feeling his chest expand as he fired off the blades at different angles and position spreading them out in B rank speed. The ground and trees were sliced up like a group of invisible swords had come in slashing. He chuckled and shook his head, man this was amazing. He couldn't believe he had the capabilities to do this just by reading from a scroll.

Hebi gazed around at all the destruction he had done from training his jutsu. He felt a bit guilty that the once pristine landscape and perfectly set up target areas were now ripped, shredded, and blown to pieces. He walked over to the scroll and sat down, leaning against the tree he had left alone he lifted the scroll and gazed at the next one. "Wind Release: Pressure Damage." He nodded as he saw that he compressed a wind jutsu down until it's density was maxed and then fired off. It seemed a lot like a wind bomb. He shook his head, admiring the ingenuity of those who spent years perfecting these Jutsu to write them in a scroll.

Rising from his spot he set the scroll aside, gazing down at the hand seal once more. He nodded and walked over to a spot he had yet to fully decimate. The trees were slashed and gouged but ultimately still in one piece. Hebi gathered his chakra and made the sign of the ram, a burst of spinning wind appeared than began compressing down until it was the size of a small ball. Hebi pushed his arms out sending the small wind ball flying forward till it reached a hundred meters than it exploded. Hebi grunted as the hugely dense wall of wind smashed into him, he was lucky he was on the very threshold of the blast. When it cleared, Hebi looked out and stared in awe. There was a hundred meter crater, the trees had been torn asunder like a bomb had been dropped on the area. Hebi just stared for a long moment at what he had done than turned away once more. He had another Jutsu to learn.

As Hebi sat looking at the scroll another idea formed in his head, he had heard of the Shadow Clone Jutsu and with his new found talent at being able to learn Jutsu so quickly he figured he might as well give it a try. He closed his eyes as he recalled the sign was tiger, gathering chakra and putting them into solid clones. He also remembered that shadow clones knew all his styles and jutsu so he could build combos or stronger jutsu by adding more members. He smirked as he rolled his shoulders and walked over to his spot. He didn't know why he kept coming back to this one spot but it seemed to work for him.

Hebi closed his eyes and felt his chakra. Nodding, he made the sign of the tiger. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" His body separated, as three clones of himself stepped out. Hebi looked around, examining each clone with a critical eye before laughing. He had done it, he had created real clones of himself. He walked around each one and nodded. He hadn't realized but he really was quite handsome if he did say so himself. He chuckled but felt woozy. He had used a lot of Chakra since the beginning and needed a rest. He would return to training later.
