Rambunctious Rave [Hagoromo's Comet]

Toonami and Konami had finally arrived in Kumogakure. Konami had begun the task of operating the various manufacturing plants around the metropolis. Toonami helped of course (in her own way) but most of the hard work was done by the elder Twin. After getting the various factories kick started, Toonami decided they were in the mood for a much deserved break. Konami normally refused to go to the various underground raves, parties, and bachannals that Toon often frequented but this was a special occasion. The blueberry twin had made an ironclad point that even she couldn't refute.

"I lived in your body for over a decade, you can't stare at a once in a lifetime comet with me? You really are an uptight bitch!"

Faced with such a complex and nuanced argunment, Konami sighed and accompanied her sister to an outdoor rave that was taking place in the Kabukicho sector of the city. The rave was largely free to the public as its host was an wealthy industrialist who had a thing for loud music and wild women. Groups of young folk had flocked to an empty field wearing a wild assortment of costumes. People twirled glow sticks and other neon accessories as the sound of loud EDM reverberated through the field. Toonami skipped onto the field, towering above many of the drunken and lewd denizens of the party. She wore more or less what she wore all the time with the added zest of a glow-in-the-dark pacifier. Konami also wore her typical outfit and much to her embarrassment she had allowed Toon to talk her into also wearing a pacifier. The sisters made their way through the crowd holding hands like an awkward couple while Toon scanned the area looking for someone to harass.

The pounding force from the chaos and wild fun throughout the clearing. It was invigorating to the hearts of youth that many danced, drank, and most importantly everyone was having fun. Just the typical rave party, but truthfully this was Tsuki's first time being in a rave party. Everyone deserves to have a little bit of fun even if it is just for one night. Tsuki's jet black hair wavy locks bounce with each step she makes. Her molten golden eyes scan from one foreign face to the next. One hand occupied with a clear cup of spiced rum as each step she makes emits a click sound.

Tsuki decided to show off a little bit by donning on a black corset that is embroidered with many vine-like designs. A black ribbon can be seen between her bust that's nearly tied into a double bow. Silver intricate buttons can be seen from beneath the ribbon down to her waist. There was a thin black veil that covers up to her thighs. Additionally, Tsuki wears a silky black skirt that is short on the front and long from her left knee to the back. Giving it a unique feel, and of course she wears some black shorts so anyone trying to peek would be a bit disappointed. Lastly Tsuki wears a pair of thigh high stiletto midnight black boots that has multiple ribbons of purple silk running down the outer side of both boots.

Tsuki raised the cup to her lips as she practically danced between the other folk. Her skirt seemed to fan out with each twirl as her locks bounced with her. She took a gulp from the rum as it was a sweet bourbon. Her cheeks started to feel a bit warm, but otherwise she was just tipsy. Amidst the crowd, Tsuki spied with her little eye of gold a couple of people who are just moving through the crowd. Both appeared feminine, while one had blue hair and the other was a blonde. Tsuki can't recall ever seeing them, but with a flash of dazzling white teeth she danced her way over to them. Coming up at their side, Tsuki spoke loud enough over the music so that they could hear her.

"Ya know, a party is about having fun! I don't recognize ya, but it's a blast to meet you!" Tsuki paused to drink some more of her run before continuing.

"Anyways, where are you two from? You don't seem to be local around here." Tsuki inquired as her eyes shifted from the blonde to blueberry and then back to the blonde.

Tsuki made first contact with the Twins. The first thing she'd say would go right over their heads. Konami was too unamused to response and Toonami was too high. The second question was heard despite the loud music and press of bodies. Toonami was the first to blurt out:

"I'm from the fucking Village Hidden in Parties!" Toonami screamed as she pulled her sister over to the gold eyed brunette. The truth was the Twins were pretty much from everywhere. They were born and raised in the Land of Wind, they lived in Land of Lightning for a significant period of time, and then they moved to Land of Water where they became the Mizukage for a brief time. It was difficult to answer the question where they were from, because the answer really was "nowhere".

Konami chimed in with a more coherent response. "We just moved here. Very important business".

The air reverberates with each beat of the music which reminded Tsuki of a heartbeat. The blue haired who seemed to be quite relaxed claims she can from a village of parties. While the other states that they had just moved here in Kumogakure. That was pleasant news to Tsuki as it was one thing to receive visitors, but another thing entirely to have new residents from the outside. Tsuki has traveled to some distance outside of these walls, but never far from the southwestern part of Land of Lightning.

"Oh really? Well then allow me to welcome you into this city's arms and congratulate you two on making it this far! I bet both of you have some interesting stories to tell at that!" Tsuki enthused as the mere thought of traveling excited the teen girl. Her eyes sparkle with hope and dreams as locks of night lightly bounce with each beat. The ever-so-tipsy teen takes another swig of her rum and it is now almost gone. Still, Tsuki watched the two before some drunk man stumbles in their direction. Tsuki steps back before feeling the presence of someone behind her. The drunk man appears to be in his early twenties with shaggy blonde hair. Low hairs can be seen around his lips and covers his chin indicating some very of a goatee. However this man is flushed red as he is garbed in a dark striped overshirt with a stained white shirt and a pair of bootcut dark jeans. On one hand is a clear cup of light gold liquid with white foam presumably beer sloshing rapidly. On the other is trying to find someone or something to prop himself with. At the moment that searching hand is coming for Konami.

"Well well, look at these two beauties over here. Care buying you two a round of drinks?" The man slurred with his words obviously drunk as he was talking directly to Toonami and Konami. Tsuki just moved away from the person behind her and was about arms length from the guy and Twins.
