You can't learn Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu because the scroll for it was yoinked. You have to learn it from someone who already knows it or yoink the scroll back.

ok i switched out the multi shadow clone for dragon flame bullet which is just another A rank.

ah yes i understand that, that was not my intentions. i did not mean my rank i meant the jutsus rank. so like by using more cp i was able to use less hand seals for more powerful jutsu. like for c rank jutsu i would be able to use one less hand seals then what it called for which is why for each rank up on jutsu i have to spend more cp, i understand that i can not make it so i have 0 handseals for jutsu that would be to op lol.

Just wondering but how are you getting 30 exp per post in the sway thread?

I'd counter that as a multiplayer post due to the npc involved but that would only be 20 exp per post so where is the extra 10 coming from?

My mad, i did not know that the person playing the npc gained 30 for playing it but yeah i only get 20. i also made the chances to reflect that. i also forgot to add i unlocked the criminal underground from doing the theater of war mission.
